Arboles Home Mortgage and Trellis
Trellis is the parent nonprofit to which Trellis Community Development and Arboles Home Mortgage are, directly or indirectly, wholly owned by Trellis. You are not required to use either and are free to shop for a mortgage company to procure your loan. Arboles is listed as the preferred lender to this site. Trellis is one of several nonprofits in Arizona that works with clients who require assistance to procure a loan.
HERS RATING HOME ENERGY SCALE DISCLAIMER
The HERS Rating was established by Residential Energy Services Network, RESNET, and is an Energy Rating Index which scores homes based on a home built to an Energy Rating of 100. A home with a net zero energy draw, using all renewables like solar and wind attached to the home, would have a HERS of 0.
Every 1 point drop in the Energy Rating index is equal to a 1% decrease in energy consumption as compared to the base home. A home with a HERS rating of 60 is 40% more efficient that the reference home.
The HERS rating on this website are an estimate from a third part site and the homes are not individually tested for their HERS rating. Your energy savings may vary based on usage, weather, or other factors. We provide no guarantee of energy savings or efficiency ratings that you may achieve.
